Taxes paid by which wealthy, Mitt? Because we don't know if he paid anything at all in taxes. In fact, it could very well be that Romney is among those 49% that pay nothing...
I know you're used to hearing liars, being on the left and all, but Romney and even the NYT says he paid taxes.

Ann states that Mitt had money he got from his father and that's why he was able to pay for law school, have an apartment and she was able to say home and not have a job.

See above post. Mitt left school without loans and without his wife needing to work. They did NOT struggle. It's annoying when she lies and tells us otherwise.
It's not liberals asking Swiss Mitt for returns. It's standard operating procedure and has been since Agnew was revealed to be tax cheat who went to prison for it. Mitt thinks the rules that apply to others don't apply to him. Had Obama pulled the same nonsense the guy would be probably be in jail now.
Tithing to the Mormon church so that Mormons can attempt to convince others to join their cult and wear their magic underwear does not really count as charity.
Mormon clergy are unpaid. Mormon missionaries must pay their own way--travel expenses, food, living quarters, etc. None of them are paid for their services. An internet search reveals that the Mormon church has many charitable activities around the world, especially with disaster relief.
Charlie Rangel managed to escape jail for his tax related shenanigans. Mitt Romney is not known to have cheated on his taxes--unlike many in Obama's administration. (Geitner, for one--I forget who else.)
You seem to think it is more blessed to pay taxes than to voluntarily help people in need.

It is sort of hard to interact with people who can't tell the difference between a Harvard law school graduate and a fictional, animalistic male character. Or between a man who graduated from said law school with huge loans and a man who did not because his daddy gave him lots of money.
I have no respect at all for Ann or Mittens. But the rest of this paragraph is true. If most Americans got breast cancer or MS it would be a complete nightmare financially. No dancing horses for us. Ann does not get that and neither does her husband. Worse, both of them want to funnel money for treating those conditions so that people like Mitt and Ann can pay less in taxes.
She just does not get it.

The GOP is not telling women they can't have birth control. They telling them they can't have FREE (paid for by the taxpayer) birth control. Please show me where any republican wants to get rid of birth control.
Your disgust is quite disturbing actually. And yes, love affair. Michelle pretends to understand the regular folk, but in spite of her average upbringing, she's now living the high life, on our dime, partying and vacationing to rival the rich and famous. A woman who, in spite of pretending to be a parent, is letting her mother and private schools raise her children.

This is why our electoral system is idiotic. So many voters are just completely ignorant to the facts and the cling to random BS for some reason as the "truth" and use that misinformation to make their choices. People should be required to take a test before voting, just to show that they're not misinformed dolts.
His way of leading was to fire people, ship jobs overseas, open Swiss bank accounts, buy a car elevator and whine he pays too much in taxes. People like him are the problem not the solution. He's just another greedy rich guy seeking yet more power.
Obama's problem is not that he isn't Mitt. Obama's problem is that he doesn't do enough to confront people like Mitt.
