The derision and contempt in Romney's voice when he fairly spat the word "entitled" in the hidden video was all the nation needed to hear. He's not Presidential, not one bit.

Since nearly 60% of American families are wholly dependent upon government, whether for salaries, pensions, and / or entitlements, no candidate has a chance that does not appeal to that demographic.
Sadly, as that percentage increases, it hastens the day when the nation collapses under the load.

Do you consider Social Security en entitlement? Medicare? You realize that people have PAID INTO these systems, right?

Anyone who supports Barrack Hussein Obama for President and wants to bring up the issues of character, being a spoiled brat, war mongering and corporate welfare has been in a coma for the past three and a half years.

Increasing the welfare demographic is Obama's plan and Romney is right. It is just hard for you to handle that you depend on other peoples money to feed you and your family.

Yep, in politics telling the truth doesn't work well. Everyone likes having smoke blown up their asses. They love being lied to. And you know that everyone getting welfare is going to vote Obama.

Collecting welfare must be a great life lol.

Well my son who just got out of grad school can now stay on our policy until he finds a job. And my best friend who has been denied health insurance because of her health issues can't be denied anymore.

And we just received a letter from our heath insurance company which says:

"Under the health care reform law, plans must spend a minimum on medical costs. When our costs are less than the minimum, we pay rebates, regardless of the amount. Your plan is due a rebate and we have sent a check to the group policy holder as required by law."

Insurance companies can't make the enormous profits they used to make at our expense.

I think youre missing the point. The reason why so many no longer pay federal income tax is

1) tax loop holes/tax breaks put into place for the peons to appease the sheep, so the rich can get their real tax breaks

2)Income hasnt kept uo with inflation so people dont make enough to pay federal income tax or even support themselves let alone a family

What most Americans are too stupid to realize is when you pay Walmart wages and the COL continues to rise so does the need for social programs/assistance

The difference is republicans want Americans to not just be poor but 3rd world country poor. As they ***** and moan about poor people with "gasp" refrigerators or stoves. Its disgusting

And the myth of them "paying" anything in FICA has already been debunked.....and the post you responded to directly talked about this whole "Well.....they pay sales tax!" nonsense. You can't be that dense to where you didn't get it.

Apparently, Xman also consides retirees on social security "deadbeats" who have contributed nothing to society.
We've already moved past the "let's assume everybody who doesn't pay anything is a retiree or is in some way disabled" portion of the attempts to straw-man the reality.
