Nope.. marriage license was obtained in September, and it looks liked married October 3rd. Why a bunch of things say the 18th, is a mystery.

That is weird that Obama's autobiography has the wrong date.

Perhaps did a different author ghost write the book and Obama didn't proof read the whole book?

Strange now when you do a search the Google search page says "October 18th" in many links but when you go to that same sites it reads "October 3".

I imagine one person got it wrong at some point and everyone else who has noted the October 18 date has been cutting and pasting the wrong information. You can google just about anything and see the same information word-for-word on lots of different sites. If someone was writing a story or putting a caption to a photo they would google "Obama wedding date" and use the first date that came up.
