Information for the ignorant. The Confederacy ended in 1865 over 150 years ago. Get an education. And if these states want to elect a better President than we have now, more power to them. This is a very smart move since what we have in the White house now is a total failure.

It is hilarious reading on twitter that apparently now PPP is a Republican hack polling firm. Some Dems just can't come to grips with the fact that Obama is struggling and the race is extremely close.

They affect perception. It is not good to look like you are losing. The vast majority of people do not follow every silly poll like we on C-D do. They see the headline. I get the impression from the huge shift in some polls after the first debate that a lot of the undecideds are bandwagon voters, if you will.
