Our immigration laws don't allow for prioritizing. He has given a blanket stay of deportation all with EO. First it was with DACA and now it's for 5 million illegals in this country with U.S. born children. He also instructed Homeland Security not to deport any illegals unless they are "convicted" criminals and he allowed 30,000 detained criminal aliens back into our society. Do Americans get a pass on our laws because they have children? Most of them here aren't here under political asylum. Most illegals are Mexicans and their lives aren't in danger in Mexico. There are many safe parts of Mexico. So it is you that is dead wrong.

Yes they do, there is a reason why your local PD doesnt have a Prostitution unit or a Narcotics unit , Every police Department in the nation prioritizes and evaluates resources and distributes them where needed.

You mean like claiming the 14th amendment is not constitutional? I do agree about enforcing the laws, and think our administration has ignored the problem too much just because of the businesses that want it to continue (something most Republicans are ALSO more then happy to keep doing). why have immigration laws and a process when an illegal, poor or rich can say SCREW IT, I will get pregnant and have it in the U.S. and that will make my baby a U.S. citizen with rights and tied up the system for years. You can't kick out the parents of a U.S. citizen minor without due process. What are they going to do with the minor of illegals? you can't deport the parents and leave the minor here by themselves, that minor is a U.S. Citizen....so that's a loophole that its being exploited.

They don't need special units to arrest the above criminals. When found they are automatically arrested and face what justice there is for those particular crimes. They don't let them go when found but that is what is happening with illegal aliens and in fact are being given a blanket, temporary pass on justice and our laws. Not making an argument that all crimes are equal.
