No he said it's possible he would be against a Muslim judge. If a Muslim judge was involved in a professional group of judges that only allowed Muslims - the Muslim judge could be biased against trump because he is famous.
Al Sharpton. Liberals love him. It would be like Al Sharpton, finding out his white judge... Is involved in a professional group of judges that is whites-only. The left would go nuts !!
Except that anyone can join the San Diego Latino/Latina Lawyers Association. Sorry.

True, if this happened to Al Sharpton, the Clinton supporters would riot all over the country.
Trump supporters are smart enough to know this judge has a right to be involved in these professional groups. It just could lead to the judge being biased in a case involving someone running for president.
Do you ever tell the truth? That's not the group Trump is talking about.
He is totally confused (or is being disingenuous, as usual). Judge Curiel has no association with the group that Trump is talking about, namely National Council of La Raza. None. The group that Judge Curiel belongs to is La Raza Lawyers of California (which is the SD Latino/Latina Lawyers Association).
Just because both organizations have "La Raza" in the names, it doesn't mean that they are in any way affiliated. It's as dumb as conflating the Carolina Panthers with the Black Panthers.
We know that AG's offices in NY, FL and TX conducted a criminal investigation into Trump U. FL and TX were bought off, as was reported, but NY's action is still pending and will be litigated after November.
Just reporting Mr. Trump's own words.
Don't you get that it is problematic that Mr. Trump is impugning the integrity of every single judge who is of Mexican heritage (even if American born) or is a Muslim? Oh, wait, of course you wouldn't.
Let me give you an example you can relate to. What if Hillary wanted the judge presiding over the possible DOJ prosecution of her to be recused, simply because he is old, white, male, uneducated, etc.?
Mick
You better provide proof that there was a criminal investigation of Trump U.
She's on tape saying how great the school was, totally worth the money.
i know that part of the case involves students needing to fill out positive revue cards before they could advance to the next level ( this would include makaeff ) but i haven't heard of any video with her on it. do you have a link?

You have been caught lying twice in this thread. He's not confused. The judge is involved in an ethnically based group. They probably sit around and talk about how Trump is against dreamers. The plaintiff even asked to be removed from this case because she was caught lying. It's ridiculous.
Maybe you should talk about the time Trump offered a swimsuit model a bathing suit - at a pool party. That was a big issue for the Hillary supporters too.
