We know that AG's offices in NY, FL and TX conducted a criminal investigation into Trump U. FL and TX were bought off, as was reported, but NY's action is still pending and will be litigated after November.

No he said it's possible he would be against a Muslim judge. If a Muslim judge was involved in a professional group of judges that only allowed Muslims - the Muslim judge could be biased against trump because he is famous.
