The DNC needs to tie all the Republicans supporting Trump tightly to him. Super tight. Because when Trump flips out, it will be like bowling pins. Trump is not used to negative press, nor this level of scrutiny. It's getting more difficult for him to cover up the truth of what he is. This attack on the heritage of an American judge really exposes him for what he is.

While it is probably not unlawful for a judge to participate in a race or ethnic based professional group, it is clearly not appropriate - and by any common sense measure, taints the judge's impartiality in matters involving race, gender, ethnicity, etc.

I love how the word "clearly" snuck in there, because there's nothing inappropriate in a judge being part of a legal association of his/her choosing.

The defendant in the case is going to build a wall between Mexico and the United States. The judge could be biased in this case because he supports race and ethnic based activity.

Defendants do not have the right to shop around for judges until they arrive at one whose heritage they haven't insulted. A member of the KKK doesn't get to insist on a white judge, does he?
