Well, in any case, it is pretty stupid to publicly comment about a case in which a judge is presiding over and attack the judge personally - when you are party to the case.

Megyn Kelly also hates Trump.. from day one she blasted Trump with a hate question.. last night Kelly blasted Trump again.

The lawyer Judge Curiel is obviously bias..

Trump Might Have a Point About “Trump Hating” Judge Curiel

by S. Noble • June 1, 2016

Megyn Kelly of Fox News’s The Kelly File was hard on Donald Trump for blasting Judge Curiel who allowed the Trump University lawsuit proceed and then released every record in the case.
Trump said that the judge was Mexican. He’s not and was born in East Chicago, Indiana but he is a Mexican-American.
The university case is very embarrassing and does reflect badly to some degree on Trump. Trump’s campaign advisor, Katrina Pierson said the judge was a member of the LaRaza Lawyers’ Association and Kelly made a point of saying that was wrong. Curiel is a member of the San Diego LaRaza Lawyers’ Association.
Kelly harshly criticized Trump for mentioning Curiel is Mexican. Kelly doesn’t always criticize herself, she puts on people like Ben Shapiro who hates Trump and then attacks the Trump supporter.
Watch:
The Sentinel would love it if Trump would stop attacking the judge and mentioning his ethnicity unless he can back that up with some valid information. Trump could be on to something but he needs to support it or stop saying it.
The judge is Mexican-American, not just American, however, and he is an Obama appointee. That is clear from the record.
Judge Curiel identifies as a Mexican-American — first generation — who was appointed by Barack Obama. He is one of the many left-wing judges Obama filled the courts with.

His stance on illegal immigration could well be relevant.
Judge Curiel served on the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association Scholarship Fund board that awarded scholarships to a number of illegal immigrants and other foreigners.

He was originally appointed by Arnold Schwartznegger, who is a Republican. Why don't you post that too?

The most bizarre thing about all of this is that Trump seems unaware that he needs at least some of the Hispanic vote to win, and yet just keeps pushing them farther away and cementing their dislike for him.

He seems incapable of using any strategy at all to win the presidency or understanding that he needs more than what he has. He really believes if he just says whatever he thinks whenever he wants, that people will vote for him.

Anyone think that he'll demand to see the judge's birth certificate (long form) or try to sue him?

All bias with special interests. Nice list to show bias.

No the true bizarre thing is to lump everyone who shares the same origin that they will all think the same. Those who think individually will not falling for all the political correct garbage and become so called offended at what they are dictated as to be offended by. Some Latinos can think without the left spoon feeding them.
