She was appointed, too bad you can't recognize the truth.

Hard to understand why **********s think it's better to be an accused child rapist like Donnie rather than someone who followed their oath as an officer of the court and defended someone accused of rape, the way our judicial system is designed for. Are you suggesting that because the defendant was accused, he wasn't entitled to a defense? Are you going to apply that same standard to Donnie and say he's not entitled to a defense of the child rape accusations against him, he's just automatically guilty?

No one is saying we don't need criminal defense lawyers. However, they KNOW getting into it they will sometimes have to do horrible things. Only certain people can do this. A Johnny Corcoran, etc., but they live and die being the hard cases they are. If anyone has been in court against these types, they can easily crush people, free violent criminals onto the streets and not lose a wink of sleep. The prosecutors may be good, but defense lawyers can be so evil they run over anyone.

Hillary presents herself as a champion of women and children, caring, looking out for the people, and really you cannot be both.

Once again, she did not volunteer to become this person's attorney. She was put on a list. She tried to get out of it, the Judge said no. Stop believing in half truths and do your darned research.

Didn't say she volunteered for this case, I don't know either way. She chose to accept this JOB knowing she could be put in this situation.

She didn't have a job as a criminal defense attorney, she was a law school professor who had helped found a legal aid clinic.

The rape victim wasn't on trial so blaming her lawyer for defending her is ludicrous. Yes, Hillary was doing her job but she could have turned that job down. It was her choice to defend someone who raped this girl. The real issue is that Clinton went on later to brag and laugh about the incident, while disparaging the girl and saying the girl had a history of being attracted to older men.
I don't know how even the strongest Clinton supporter can just shrug all of this off as if it means nothing.

Not true. Records indicate that she could have easily turned this down and given it to another attorney.
