They are all to the right of FDR, the most popular president in the last 100 years. I'd say they are very moderate, believing in a strong social safety net coupled with a well regulated free enterprise system and a political system dominated by good ideas and not big money. Thats what most Americans want to see.

You need to research O'Malley a bit more.

Let me give you a trail: raided the State Retirement System to such a degree it almost failed. That was after he called a special Legislative session to cut a half billion dollars from the budget which ended up approving a billion and a half in additional spending.

You'll like this one too, turned Maryland into a sanctuary state. He could be the poster child for SJW.

As I said, he may be moderate to you but within even the current Democratic establishment he's on a par with Newsome.

I ignore the obsession about immigration here. I am not in favor of illegal immigration but it is a minor issue to me. For most right wingers here, it seems that economic policy and other policies do not count. Where a person is on the scale of right-left is purely based on social justice warrior/immigration/black people rioting etc. I focus on the real issues facing Americans when judging the right and left scale. That means the rigged economy held up by a corrupt system of campaign finance. It means if the person has the guts to take on the economic establishment and the ruling class or not.

Jim Webb/Tulsi Gabbard combo would be a guaranteed win. Though it is said they seem to be the only two sane Democrats

what did he do? Say that we should stop focusing so much on so called "women's issues" which is what Hillary Clinton seemed to love doing all the time?

Bill Clinton and Trump show that voters don't care what a candidate does with women as long as it does not affect their job performance

They just nominated a corporatist in Hillary, and the party bosses didn't want Sanders and his ilk anywhere near the platform. They're not full blown left as you've been led to believe. Then again, the GOP isn't exactly Teddy's progressive party anymore, either.
