In 2008, McCain supporters like myself felt as you did in 2016.

2 party system-1 group celebrates, one group feels bad.

I was out of my flipping my mind Thanksgiving 2016. I was pacing up and down a street in the Brussels suburbs having a fever dream about a Nazi American future. Today, I’m better. I realize Trump is just a stupid opportunist, and the dumbasses who have always been with us and perhaps always will be will probably not own the day.

I sure hope you are correct. Trump is acting like a future dictator. He scares me a lot!

I answered the question: "How did YOU feel..?"

The question was looking for each person's individual feelings that night.

We were angry when Obummer got elected, but we also didn't riot in the streets.

I think it is amazing how after more than a year there are still people who are actually afraid that Trump will somehow nuke the planet, destroy our air and water, build a time machine and transport us all back to 1950 or even 1850, trash obamacare, make his billionaire buddies richer and somehow make himself the extreme dictator of the land to fulfill his Hitler nazi dreams.....

With all that a year later Obamacare is falling apart, tax reform is under full attack by the Left who want to block everything and anything that has Trumps name on it out of spite and we still don't have a wall to protect our Southern border.
Trump is trying but the push back has been unprecedented even for something as basic as enforcing our already existing immigration laws.

What is pushing all this Trump fear on America and keeping the gullible on edge? The Leftist media.

I'm still happy that Trump won because he is exposing the corruption of DC and just how biased the media, talk shows and even the late night what passes for comedy these days shows will stoop to.

Nobody is rioting in the streets over Trump and nobody has since the fool has been elected. The women did MARCH without a problem.
