Don't forget too that another reason Hillary lost was that although she maintained a high percentage of the black vote, as expected, the TURNOUT was well below Obama levels. This absolutely was key to Trump winning those rust belt states that flipped for Trump. And one of the reasons she beat Bernie in the primary, besides the fact it was rigged, was that blacks didn't vote in large numbers for Bernie.
I don't see the dems running another white candidate.
I don’t think so. That would be an automatic loss. Way too many racists in this country.
Still, insulting and denigrating ANY member of the US populace is an extremely stupid and reprehensible tactic which remains indisputably indefensible.
As the face of the Democratic Party, the collateral damage from her remarks will not be easy to ignore for years to come for ANY future Democratic Party presidential nominee.
Nope. Trump was able to energize the white lower classes to go out to vote much better than any future candidate will be able to do. No other Repub will have the name recognition unless it’s some country music star.

Wrong. Rust Belt were big part of Reagan Dems, very socially conservative. they came home in 2016, largely pushed by deplorables comment.
Add in, the reality is RNC simply needs any 1 of 3, Pa, Mi, or Wi, plus the Red Wall.
The electoral college works on the basis of every state having a voice, not just a few major cities. The electoral votes are based on population for that state. It's funny cause every republican and every democrat and every third party voters knew before going in that the electoral college is the basis for winning an election. You guys would be telling us the same thing if Clinton won the EC but lost the popular vote. But we also would have known that the popular vote has no basis in winning an election. So, you do get a participation trophy. Enjoy.
Yep every democrat and every third party voters knew before going in that the electoral college is the basis for winning an election...... democrats showing map after map how Trump couldn't win. Then after Hillary lost they want to jump up and down about the electoral college,
Yeah but the joke was ultimately on Trump.
He was probably the first Billionaire in History to move into public housing that was vacated by a black family.... Where is my drum beat Ba Dum Tsss
Nothing.
I don't expect The President to do anything for me. Didn't expect Hillary; don't expect Trump.
I voted based on who was best for America, not based on who was best for me. This is hard for some folks to understand. I hear it all the time... "Vote for so-and-so, or reelect so-and-so. He brought us the money for that new airport expansion (that we didn't need)"... I don't want a bunch of pork barrel spending - not in your area, and not in mine.
LOL, remember the Obamacare lady who said "keep Obama in president you know, he gave us a phone, he gonna give us more"
Don't know who you are pejoratively calling the Rhinestone Cowboy😒, but Waters is NOT going to run. She is an inconsequential house Rep, and is almost 80 years old

That combo provides 270 with ease.

LOL, I remember when a liberal on TV was laughing about PA, calling it Lucy's football and it would never go to Trump. Dems thought the these states were in the bag and they got really arrogant about it too. Maybe they should listen to people the next time instead of trying to silence them.
