The Republican Liberal Socialists in this Administration have run the budget into the ground. You wanna see someone dig a hole to China? You got it.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced he is a puppet for Soros.
Hmmm once again, how many days in a year and when did he get elected? There have been how many days since the Democratic campaign began?
143 days hmmmm fuzzy math maybe?

really?

Last time I checked it was the Democrats running Congress.
WOW I wonder who has been approving all these bailouts?
WOW I wonder who started all this mess by deregulating bank laws? It was a democrat.

I just can't believe you would blame Republicans for something Democrats started & finishing.

Paulson urges quick action on $700 billion bailout (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080921/ap_on_bi_ge/financial_meltdown - broken link)

Who hired this guy? 700Billion? Where'd they get that number? What....it's arbitrary...huh, it's a made up number? You're kidding? No oversight? So let's get this straight...it's an arbitrary number, from a Republican Official and Administration that had control of every Branch of legislature, who's party still holds 80% of the offices, and controls the policy that governs the Economy.Well hey, If we're going to give 'em the money we should go ask President Clinton, he's obviously the last fiscal conservative the Nation has seen and the Liberal Socialist Republicans currently in power have done an excellent job ignoring their responsibilities for 6 consecutive years.

What should we believe - The Republicans are totally incapable as stewards of the Economy (they had all three Branches) or it's the Democrats fault and the Republicans let it happen while in control of the Veto Pen.

Present day. What have you got that's present Day? Last I checked President Clinton was in Florida tearing the Republican Party and Governor Palin apart. It was brutal, I can't wait to hear the response from the senior members and Presidents in the Republican Party campaigning for Senator McCain. This is going to be one interesting response from them.

And, your point is????? Some famous Republicans have interesting attendance records too...

Fearless leader Dubya has some interesting stats himself (as of August):
- Attended 95 sports-related events.
- Made 74 trips to his Crawford ranch, for a total of 466 days.
- Made 142 trips to Camp David, for a total of 450 days.
- Attended 327 fundraising events for Republican candidates and causes.
Sounds like Bush has been on perpetual vacation... yet the American electorate put him in office twice...

143 days in the Senate sounds like plenty enough to me...

In addition to that 143 days, he has 4 years of experience as a state senator, I believe. Also an undergraduate degree from Columbia, a law degree from Harvard, and 10 years of experience as a professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago (one of the top law schools in the nation). But I guess that just makes him "elitist" in some people's eyes.

As for Palin? An undergraduate degree cobbled together through college-hopping over many years. No understanding of Constitutional Law, or even of American political history. Two years as mayor of an economically depressed small town--with less than 2x the population of my high school. Less than 2 years as Governor of Alaska, in which she has not once had to issue an executive military order.

It's really difficult to know how to respond to misinformation such as this. In the last decade, the Congress has been primarily run by Republicans. John McCain has been in the forefront of deregulation during that time. In fact, over the years, he has repeatedly referred to himself as "the deregulator." You should at least get your facts straight.
