and that about sums up Obama's foreign policy credentials.

If you don't care about the international community, then why are you asking about a candidate's foreign policy experience? Obviously, that is irrelevant to your decision about who you're voting for.

I care about the international community. I often wonder why France is so loved around the globe and we are not. Of course if you want to be like France, take a look at the level of street violence in Paris, better yet, try to go shopping in Paris after dark. People coming by buss loads to new countries are often ill satisfied with their lot in life and start demanding more and more of what you have. But, yes I care about the internaional community.

McCain/Palin for a better tomorrow
Right about what exactly? You argued that she has more experience and I flattened your tires ADD.You have done little to substantiate anything. Plus you obviously didn't read or understand what I wrote.

Later... (not the end of the thread).

Unbelievable. The ol' "McCain is stupid" argument.... have you ever been behind the controls of a fighter jet? If he is such a dummy, then how did he attain this elite position? Just because a person says they don't use e-mail doesn't mean they cannot be highly intelligent.

The key to having other countries like us is doing what they want us to do. As long as we don't do what they want us to do, they won't like us. Regardless of who the president is.

First of all, I didn't say 'McCain is Stupid' in your quote.
2nd, piloting a fighter jet is a lot like any other specialized training. I don't think it necessarily encompasses the intellect favorable to be POTUS, anymore than a machinist; more so I don't base my decision on who should be come POTUS by something as trivial as flying aircraft but by the issues, record, and rhetoric. I didn't say anything about email.

Had I flown a jet, do you think I could have your vote?

Wrong... that's called diplomacy, and no president does everything that everyone wants, nor should any president do none of the things that people want.

Paris is loved around the globe? And that has something to do with violence in that country that stems from... what again? Sorry... just looking from a bit of clarity and interrelation from you. I know that France and Algeria have quite a bit of tension between them that stems back decades, but I'm trying to find the connection that you are attempting to make.

McCain's plane was a bomber, right? and not a fighter jet?
