I like her. I think she's smart, hardworking, a good mom. I think she'll offer advice and be a sounding board to her husband, isnt' that what all wives do?

When are we going to stop flinging crap and start to ban together for viable ANSWERS to ALL of our PROBLEMS?
It's not just you, Donn2390, I'm guilty too.
I just think that all of this "back-and-forth" hateful mongering doesn't do ANY of us any good.
IMHO

I have no idea. I don't know her. My guess is if she's married to Obama, she's probably smart and a good person. That's all I need to know.

She's not on the ticket, so I'm not voting for her. That being said, I've always liked her, I know people who have met her and have seen her speak. She has always struck a positive, relatable chord with me. Quite frankly, she reminds me of people I know, and people I grew up around (I grew up not all that far from where she did, about 10 miles directly south). If she and I met, I bet we'd have a lot of shared experiences as she's only about ten years older than I am.

I'm not a big fan of Cindy McCain either but it seems to me that she'd be more of a first lady whereas Michelle would act more like one of Obama's advisors. Not that there's anything wrong with that but I've enjoyed a more Laura Bush-type in the White House rather than a Hillary Clinton-type.
That explains alot. You want a prop, not a First Lady.

Cindy would be a prop. Michelle will be a First Lady.

Plus, she reminds me of Jackie O. I cant wait for her to occupy the White House!

What the hell did I say that leads you to believe that I "want a prop" and not a "First Lady"?
