And bailing out GM and Chrysler are probably warranted given how scared the consumer is - that sentiment needs to be reversed and quickly - and keeping the US auto industry vibrant does a great deal towards that end...

The Stimulus Plan is in no way socialist - it is wise fiscal policy - it's been done in this country for the past 70 years... very successfully at times... and it is an investment in the ignored infrastructure that our economy depends upon...

Some people just listen to right-wing radio and Republicans label people as 'socialists' and their policies as 'socialism' and fall in line without even thinking about what it means.

Why yes I see how bailing out the auto companies, especially GM, has helped. It's helped them to lay more people off, they are dropping Saturn..yep those big $$$$ have sure helped. As I said....the followers have their little eyes and "little minds" closed as to what is happening.

Many of their lines are straight out of the Sean Hannity show - 'failed socialist policies that have failed historically' - funny - many of the things Obama is doing mimmicks the successful things FDR did to get us out of the Great Depression.

I agree with you 100%. The anti-Obama ilk is going the way of the Republican party - to permanent minority status - and the sooner the better!!!

Most patriots are solidly behind Obama - because they want our country to succeed - not fail and spiral into another Great Depression...

I guess some people just value party loyalty above all...

Keep stirring the pot!!!
It is easy to see that you have been drinking AKA Koolaid. First off, how do you know that "most patriots are solidly behind AKA". Have you interviewed all patriots to determine this alleged fact? What is your idea of a patriot, an obamabot? The Bush administration also felt that all those who blindly followed his policies were patriotic and those who did not were the enemy, just as AKA does now.

Second, there is no constitutional authority for either FDR's socialist spending or AKA's. Also, FDR changed a strong recession to a full blown depression and made it last longer than it would have. He was also a thief in that he stole everyone's legal money - gold, and replaced it with worthless fiat money.

Yes, I agree with you that the anti Messiah people will go away, just as soon as He can silence them with the Censorship Doctrine, and jail them with hate crime laws. The true patriots, at least those who survive the bloody civil war that is coming will be locked up in the concentration camps.

The truth is that AKA is an illegal alien who is not entitled to the office of President. The only reason he is in that office is because the courts have been bought and paid for by the global bankers, the real rulers of the world, who have nearly accomphlished their dreams of world government. Much to your surprise, The One is just a puppet doing their bidding. If he fails to do as he is told, then they will allow the courts to rule on his eligibility to be President.

You can snipe all you want - it's easy and cheap to do - but no one but you, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and their brain-dead ditto-head minions are listening...

Your opinions don't really count - you are too extreme - and are too pessimistic - too defeatist - and way too unpatriotic in hoping that Obama fails... And you are far too few in number to have any political impact of consequence (thank God).

The country is moving on without you... and will succeed in spite of you...

I know most of you are upset because McCain lost, but you just have to suck-it-up and deal with it - you lost...

Get on board, or get out of the way, or end up road-kill.

Demcrats spend eight years fighting everyhting that Bush prop-osed ;even prescription drugs then whine because they are questioned about bills that are beig passed without even reading them or allowing anyone else to . They create a stimulius bll that is not published for those votiung intime for those voting to read. The econo0my does even get a bump from thier mishandling even routine plannig and appointments then they whine because they are asked to justify tripleing the deficit.Democrats need to suck it up and as bill clinton said Obama needs to quit the politics of fear in his speeches. Where's the beef?

Actually, the most pessimistic, defeatist speeches recently have been delivered by Obama.

Do you have your little-eyes and little-mind closed???

Would you have preferred for all of GM to declare bankruptcy and to be dissolved?? Would that have cost jobs??? Yes - far many more than by selling or closing Saturn...

But I guess the illogic of your position doesn't matter - it's all about being against Obama - right?

I completely disagree - he's simply levelling with us and telling the truth - instead of lying to us like Dubya did for 8 long insufferable years... and then leaving the country in the worst shape it's been in since the height of the Great Depression - and leaving the mess for someone else to clean up ( as he has done throughout his life)...

Guess you take all the talking points from Hannity and Limbaugh as the Gospel truth?

"get on board, get out of the way, or end up road kill". . Thanks for clarifying your aggenda for me. . And you call ME a wingnut. OK, so you thinks you and your ilk are going to just sweep aside dissent and disagreement for the Chosen Ones plans. Whatever. Think again if you think that the ones who think as you do are really a solid majority. Your giving yourselves far to much credit. Your post is more of a radical rant than something to be taken seriously. such views would be worthy of pity if you didn't take them so seriously and want to crush dissenting views at the point of a gun. Hmmm...were you one of the pathetic "protesters" carrying pictures of Mao Tse Tung during the 60's?....Oh , you remember Mao...lol "Power speaks through the barrel of a gun" I believe was one of his tenates. As you say , "Get on board or end up road kill" right? So who , exactly is the "radical" here?
