Obama has every right to have prayer at his innauguration, it has been our tradtion for years and no one considered it a theocracy until the left wing gays started whining.

BTW - I disagree. Traditions are an important part of our nation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with following traditions.
I don't think there's necessarily anything right about following traditions, either. Depends on what the tradition is.

AND, I'll just bet that the President will end his speech with "And May God Bless America". Does that offend you?
There are a lot of other things worth getting angry about instead, but I don't appreciate it, no. Does not seem appropriate.

President-Elect Obama has every right to have prayers at his inauguration.
I thought the inauguration wasn't just for him but for the American people, also.

And if we had a Satanist president, would Satanic rituals at the inauguration sit well with everyone?

If prayers offend you, then, don't listen to them
That's not the answer. Religion doesn't belong in government.

No, I think you were a tool in this election---you've been gipped.

I think you changed the subject because you realized how asinine your post sounded.

What is your definition of tool?

and no it was not assinine, its just the way it is, you left leaners thought you had an ally in Obama, and it turns out he is just as much for our side as he is for yours, therefore you were a pawn, or a tool if you will.

And the Court has yet to limit, or prevent, prayers in Congress, other governmental meetings, or inaugurations
