I heard people from Perfffffffffff are morons. Doesn't seem to like a very nice place despite all livability stats and mines.

My ancestry is Swedish, and experienced the outgrowth of the Swedish culture growing up in Iowa and Minnesota. But I could not get over the differences in the social culture between the various Scandinavian Countries and that of Ireland.

Any feedback? Or will you reject my conclusions because you know someone from Ireland is not so friendly and a super friendly person from Finland.
I'll tell you what makes the Irish so friendly in a word, booze.

To the people who said that Finland was not part of Scandinavia:

The Countries of Scandinavia

Finland - Language, culture, customs and etiquette | global-etiquette | resources

Talk in moderate tones and do not do anything to call attention to yourself.

The basic business style is formal - i.e. there is relatively little small talk and Finns prefer people to speak succinctly and to focus purely on business.

Nonsense. The Fins came from Russia originally. The Portuguese are Latin and have no border with the UK.

The Nordics leave the Irish standing for booze.

The Brits are originally from Iberia. We already figured that out in another thread

From Wikipedia:

Scandinavia is a historical and cultural-linguistic region in Northern Europe characterized by a common ethno-cultural Germanic heritage and related languages, which includes the three kingdoms of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

The term Scandinavia is usually used as a cultural term, but in English usage, it is occasionally confused with the purely geographical term Scandinavian Peninsula, which took its name from the cultural-linguistic concept.

Finland really isn't part of Scandinavia but that's not an important point, what is important is that small talk, or the lack thereof, is not an indicator of how friendly people are.
