Not that I'm surprised, but you're quoting a 4 year old interview with a man well known for spreading anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. He looks for ways to tie any current world issue to Zionism and Jews. I guess that makes him a substantial authority in your eyes...
No need to "tie" anything - this video right here proves that what he said is true.
US/NATO has a record of bombing civilian infrastructure, especially bridges, from the conflicts in Yugoslavia and Syria as part of the effort to break up other countries into smaller units. The Crimean bridge would be an obvious target.
Russia has blocked the passage under the Kerch bridge and deployed air assets to the area. No doubt there is also the kitchen sink somewhere close too.
The Kiev junta must not care about much of anything other than pleasing the Masters from the West.

In reality that bridge is too big to miss. I wouldn't let any Ukrainian asset in sight of it and any ship passing under it would not be under control of anyone other than a Russian crew.
Russia has the Black Sea under constant and detailed observation along with the airspace of Eastern Europe. If somebody is stupid enough to shoot a missile at the bridge there is going to be hell to pay. Nothing major is going to happen along those lines. What may well happen is some act of terrorism, a car bomb or some ship loaded with explosives filled with Ukropean Patriots or something.
I suspect Russia is prepared to retaliate if something like that were to happen.
Update on the bridge situation. The Ukrainian patrol boats and tug have turned about and are headed back to Port. The tug was involved in a collision with one of the Russian boats and has sustained damage to its power plant and hull. Apparently no one is sinking or has been sunk. Yet.
The Russians parked a large container/commodities ship right in the middle of the bridges ship passage. Nothing's getting past it.
