No DKM. Most Balts and Ukrainians are simply trying to survive. Certain factions, small in number, are the motivational force behind the attitude towards Russia. The West uses a system of propaganda, lies, distortions and manipulation of material to feed to the masses. It's called information warfare, it's how you control people.
Yeah I was describing Russian information warfare. It is the reason why thinking Ukrainians rose up to fight off the Russian invaders in Donetsk. They knew Russia was coming with the nonstop fake news reports of non-existant threats and calling for violence against the new rulers in Kiev. Do you really believe that Balts, and Ukrainians are willing to fight Russians to preserve their independence because of a Western conspiracy? Without evidence, that seems foolish. What lies have the "west" told Ukrainians about the invasion in their country?
Think about this, Russia still to this day tells people that the "West" sanctions Russia for reasons other than the ones repeatedly given. What is the point of doing that?

The points you refer to are all very accurate, which makes me raise the questions that I posed earlier. Why do you believe that propaganda is one sided?
What makes you think that Russia is an honest player?
