Secondly, If they are citizens, then they can participate in all the elections, not matter what their ethnicity is. If you are not a citizen of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, you will be given a so called gray passport, which gives you all the same rights as the citizens, except you can't vote on the parliamentarian elections. The grey passport also grants you visa free (!) travel to all EU countries and Russia (!!!), you are also freed from conscription to the military. Now, if you think about it, being a gray passport holder in these countries, for the average Ivan, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Now comes the so called discrimination, they want all the rights the citizens have + their special rights. Why is that so? Because of the 'vsjo nash' mentality, because they are pure fascists and don't respect the countries they live in.

Thirdly, Russia has spouted this nonsense about Russians being discriminated in the Baltic's for decades now and all the brain-fried Putin-bots keep spreading the 'word'. No one it their senses takes this seriously, it's like the amen in the church. Fact is, the Russians in the Baltic's enjoy much better quality of life than the average Russian in Russia, not to speak about all the benefits that come with freedom of speech.
Oh, sure, it's good for them. who would doubt, is otsutststvie their rights is "good". Somewhere I've heard. For example, in Hitler's Germany. Mb then the cost would make the possibility unsubscribe from non-citizenship and become a citizen? But this is not possible. Still, everything would become normal citizens. Probably because they are altruistic and do not understand the real value of "goods" is not so right?

PS. And do not lie about the fact that all of this is that they lose the parliamentary elections. They lose the right to vote in referendums even municipal elections, lose the right to counsel in the court (it is a fundamental human right to be protected, a violation of the Convention on Human Rights), their rights curtailed in economic, political and social freedoms. Of course it is "good" for them, who would doubt. That's just as soon as you become a non-citizen, do not live as a citizen you are not going to Latvia. This is "good", it is necessary to understand ..

pps. Of course Latvia.

Oh look, it's this guy again, the prophet of the Kremlin, spreading the word (lie) yet again. To participate in council elections, you simply must have lived at least 5 years in the region you plan to vote, no citizenship needed.

No matter who you are, a Russian, Nigerian, Vietnamese, Martian, no matter what you sexual orientation, be it straight, bi, gay or in-between, now matter if you are smart, average or have the same IQ as the room you are in, no matter if you are fat, normal slim or anorexic YOU GET LEGAL HELP AND ADVISE WHEN YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY THAT IS A MEMBER OF THE EU. So, Spacko, don't come with violations of humans rights. All you do is regurgitate the shameless lies the degenerates in Kremlin are telling and everybody dismisses, because they are just LIES and nothing else.

As I said, Russians get no special treatment/rights. If you match the criteria then you are eligible for it.

Pupet of the Kremlin oh, lol Oh,and you puppet Evrososyuzat? However, before that it was easy to understand just by looking at the country where you are: D

Read the link I gave. there's plenty written about the infringement of rights that would understand that the alien is not freedom, and violation of rights.

ps. And if you whant tailking learn to speak normally, I certainly understand what you have in the EU to talk to each other as cattle may be the norm, but in a civilized society such people usually do not allow

Putin is not a dictator, the only reason the question comes up is because he protects russia's assets against abuse from the west... so putin is the bad guy!!!

notice how anyone who doesnt kiss america's butt is suddenly the bad guy to the US and its European minions!

Putin is no worse than any american president who doesnt hesitate to invade or bomb any country out there that interferes with America's agenda

I would say that anyone who thinks "russian" is a race isn't very developed himself . Or maybe he said it out of hatred. Just look at one of his posts - he literally said he hopes the russians will face misery (which is over 140 million people). Should you, I and millions of others become miserable?

I don't think a mentally stable person could say something like that, so arguing with him seems pointless.

Re:
"No problem. Just you should not tell tales about the terrible aggressor-Russia. You are the same aggressors"

Good time for a history lesson because everything we see now is simply an outgrowth of the 'cold war'. And that started conclusively in Eastern Europe with Stalin's push to turn various countries into communist states. What did those countries experience? Brutal despicable repression through assassinations, killings, murders shootings. Need I go on? You know what? The Russians turned back the clock in Europe big time. The war had the country and Europe ina stinking quagmire. Abd what does Russia do after the war? They turned into a desolation.

At the last it was Churchill who saw through the prevarications of the Russian state embodied by Stalin. And he was attacked for it because some wanted to keep cordial' relations with the aggressor state since they were once Allies. Unfortunately, the Soviet satellites had to pay the price. Today we apparently see the ghosts of the past rising again. Again, countries are in the position again to respond to a Russian 'diktat' in Europe.
