It depends. I have a very large music library and it fluctuates depending on my mood and what I'm doing. Yesterday I listened to Smashing Pumpkins while weightlifting, then while running I listened to Madonna, Metallica's Black album, Nirvana, Missy Elliot, Janet Jackson's Feedback which sounds sweet on my Bose earbuds Janet - Feedback - YouTube. I have to have music to listen to while working out as it helps me enjoy it more. It's mentally difficult for me to trudge through a stair mill HIIT without tunes.
Not a good thing if you can hear your feet hit the pavement..
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. That sounds like a recipe for back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot problems.
Didn't realize that everyone would take me so literally. I was just being sarcastic...I was just saying I don't listen to anything in particular when I run. Geesh people, lighten up.
