Do you see more super fit men or super fit women in the gym, or is it equal? Just curious.
I think you are asking the wrong question, it shouldn't be who is more super fit, but who is more super fit looking. Who looks like they have a tighter body or who has better abs.

I'm not asking the wrong question. I am asking because I am wondering about the gender percentages.
You can absolutely tell who is fit by looking at them. Don't be ridiculous.
Honestly, when I am at the gym I am focused on my clients if I am working. Or myself if I am working out. If I had to guess, I would say it's a pretty even mix at my gym. In terms of the regulars, the men seem to go for the free weights and the women seem to gravitate towards the machines or the group classes.

It sounds to me that you want a general idea of fit male vs fit female.
At my gym, which is more of a training facility vs a corporate gym, there are more males...at least amongst the student athlete population. There are more females than males in the adult group. We have all levels of fitness & sizes in both groups, even in the advanced adult group (which I just graduated into). Overall, I'd guess that 70% are or look "fit" during the evening hours I'm there.
