Went to gym - 30 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on machines. Today is stretching class at 10:30 and then time with the personal trainer.

30 minute light jog at 6am this morning

30 minutes mixed swimming and brisk 4 mile walk/jog commute home this afternoon

Tonight, it will be dance rehearsal. Last night, it was lifting weights. Wednesday, it was dance class. Tuesday, it was weights. Monday, it was dance class.

Today was deadlift and squat match day. I did identical reps and weight on both lifts:
225x3,325x3,375x3,415x3,275x5.

Also did barbell rows, lat pull downs, machine front pull downs and triceps extensions.
