I do the same thing every day: lifting and planks. Right now I'm just doing 15s (45 reps each arm) and then about 6 minutes of planks. I'm on my feet a lot throughout the day and have never had problems keeping muscle in my legs so I will probably stick with this for a while.

I'm up to 16 each red resistance band (20-35 pounds) pull ups and chin ups. I also did a single yellow pull up (5-15 pounds of assistance).

Getting there!

I should also do a five minute plank later today....

1hr40 on the bike yesterday. Felt good but legs feel it today. Rode hard and a bit windy.

I made it out in the beautiful sunshine and walked a moderate pace for 85 minutes. Couldn't walk fast because I did my errands while walking.
