I do the same thing every day: lifting and planks. Right now I'm just doing 15s (45 reps each arm) and then about 6 minutes of planks. I'm on my feet a lot throughout the day and have never had problems keeping muscle in my legs so I will probably stick with this for a while.
Today I helped a dear friend move heavy furniture for 2 hours, WTF was I thinking , my back is now jacked up, but I broke a great sweat for 2 hours and helped a good friend.
Don't that once or twice and usually regret it. Always concerned about injuring the back.
