Assisted pullups - 4 x 12
Dumbbell curls - 4 x 12
Lat pulldowns - 3 x 12
Reverse lat pulldowns - 3 x 12
Straight bar cable curls - 3 x 12
Rope hammer curls - 3 x 12

Treadmill for 25 min. 15 degree incline @ 4.6 mph pace. Burned 382 calories just on the treadmill.

Still haven't gone to the gym in weeks. I'm working so much and unfortunately some days I dont even get to eat lunch so I'm losing weight lol

3x sets of dumbbell bench press at 80 LBs per arm.

Biked a "high intensity hill" level for 3 miles and 110 calories.

I am seeing a significant difference in the toning/defining of my abs region as I've been incorporating cardio into my workouts, so I'm very happy!

5.5 mile run. Then a 2 mile walk to Trader Joes, waited in line in the rain. Watched people stock up on ORGANIC stuff. So all the stuff I needed was still there. People please.

Two 1 hour boot camp sessions this am. One was a total of 216 calories burned and 1.26 miles run. The second was 426 calories burned and 1.75 mile run.

Today was leg day.

3 x 15 leg press
3 x 15 leg curl
3 x 15 weighted calf raises
3 x 10 dumbbell lunge (each leg)
3 x 15 Glute ham raises
3 x 10 kettle bell swings
2 x 12 dumbbell walking lunge (each leg)

25 min on the treadmill @ 4.8 mph (15 incline)




Sunday was cardio only and was tough. Burned 641 calories.
5.5 miles treadmill running (6mph average) - this is a new distance record for me
2.5 miles on the stationary bike

2 miles on the treadmill, walking with hills.

Now is a good time to get back into regular exercise.

Today was shoulders and ABS.

3 x 15 dumbbell push press
3 x 15 hanging leg raises
3 x 12 straight bar front raise
3 x 15 standing cable crunch
3 x 15 lat raises
3 x 15 ball crunches
3 x 15 dumbbell rear delt raises
3 x 8 dumbbell push press
3 x 10 burpees
3 x 10 shoulder shrugs

25 min on the treadmill at 15 incline, 4.6 mph avg pace

Tomorrow is chest and HIIT
