I'm pretty consistently back on the treadmill, and I've got my pace up 4.0 mph which was my goal. So 2 miles of walking with hills. Plus my 5 minute plank.
Walked 2.3'ish with the dog and skipped the gym. It was lovely in the 40 degree warm snap and took an hour since we were trudging a bit on the path we frequent. Fresh air was marvelous as was the light breeze. Doggo was in dog heaven.
Back to the gym today: Core and Cycle (both 45 min clsases - the coreclass is pilates-like and good).
Local gym opened up again few weeks ago but I'll stay work out at home.
