I had no children and will never get that body. I am 40 and my shoulders/arms look like hers but the rest .... haaa. Not even close. It must be A LOT OF hard work.
LOL. I'll never get that body either. I'm 41, I have two children, one of which was a "bigun" and while the fat is mostly gone the skin just kinda hangs at the lower part. My husband calls it "mommy damage". Have her upper body though. Bravo to her though...and really any woman who lifts regardless of age. I'm a late bloomer lifting in my 40s but I love it and while I won't have her body it's a fun goal to aspire to..
Really? They don't work out? I seriously doubt they look like her. That body takes work.
A male and a female's body are different. To be honest a women doesn't have to workout to SIMPLY NOT BE FAT...maybe her body is a little better, but i've seen plenty of women with small waist on the beach in their 50s
