TotallyTam, I think she is a very insecure young woman. Somewhere ,sometime, she's been hurt bad. It's quite sad that she seeks to validate that she is a beautiful young woman when it's not something she believes herself.
I agree. There's definitely something underlying all this. And I also think the C-D community has been pretty helpful if she's looking for ways to smarten up a bit. The thing is---she looks just fine as she is. A female shouldn't have to doll up to be considered a women, or "girly" as she put it. She certainly isn't homely or hideous by any stretch. She's just plain and that's perfectly OK. But, if she seriously wants someone to help her brighten her appearance, a lot of great tips and suggestions have been offered to her already. Additionally, it's no secret that men (and, indeed, some women) are visual creatures. So, it may behoove her to smarten up a bit if she's serious about attracting a mate. The more I think about this little lady---I believe there are other things going on with her. She's not divulging it all---which is probably good she doesn't on a public forum. But there's more to the story here than her not being satisfied with how she looks as a girl.
Seriously--plastic surgery? Come on. She's a normal girl who probably has had no one show her how to be more womanly, how to dress, wear her hair, etc. She seems to be somone who spends a lot of time alone listening to depressing music, and in general appears very unhappy all around. Her jaw looks fine to me.
Also---her basic face structure reminds me of a young Sigourney Weaver. And look at what a doll she is when she makes an effort to beautify? A woman with a strong jawline, broad shoulders can look quite striking. This young lady has it in her. Perhaps she's a late bloomer? I knew girls in junior and high school who grew up to be the most beautiful, striking women of all. Moreover---that whole "emo" look that a lot of young people go for these days is not a good look, whatsover (IMO). Very few females can pull it off and remain attractive looking.

Her jaw looks out of place to me. But then again, I'm not a surgeon. You don't think the left side (her right) is kind of leaning? Or maybe it's the shade casting on the other side of her face.
OP, I'm gonna need you to take pictures of yourself showing your profile.
You're a guy, and you look like a guy. A weird one, but a guy.
