I meant to post this yesterday. Last night I decided to experiment with dinner. I took a Boboli whole-wheat pizza crust and spread it with a little olive oil. Then I topped it with fresh tomato slices, fresh mushroom slices, shredded chicken and a layer of really good parmesan/romano shredded cheese. Here's the result - it was deeeeeee-licious!
Alfredo over fettuccine and roast chicken, with salad on the side.
Irene hasnt made the turn yet that the weather folks have been predicting, so I am trying to squelch the urge to run to the store and stock up on non-perishables.
