I will do some chicken wings, make a small rice salad and have asparagus. We had a light dinner last night, so I am already starving.

I tried my hand at homemade, chinese sesame shrimp toast this afternoon. I combined 2 recipes I saw online and it/they came out fabulous and addicting. I only used a combo of chinese mustard and soy sauce for one dipping and duck sauce for the other dipping, rather that the ones given with the recipes. Oh, yum, yum.

So I'm not too hungry for dinner yet. But keeping with the theme, much later tonight, I guess I'll make a chinese fried rice using some of the shrimp leftover.
