`Pasta and sauce again.

I still have to go to the store to find that Banquet turkey dinner...like I had at Thanksgiving. I just don't want to have to go to the same store I bought that one at, because it means a bus ride.

Since it's still BBQ weather here, we're having BBQ'd country style ribs, along with the rest of the frozen corn on the cob and a small tossed salad.

We had some beef tenderloins left over from our Sat dinner guests, sliced them very thin and served over a spinach & pear salad... Some roasted red potatoes too!

After spending the day canning tomatoes...hubby got a bushel of romas for $10...yes the week of Christmas... now have some slices drying in the oven on cookie sheets (3) ...in the middle of the chaos tossed in a ham for leftovers the rest of the week, some sweet potatoes and steamed peas... checking my tomatoes and going on timeout...I just heard a jar seal
