Diced leftover chicken mixed with spiral pasta, chopped carrots, bits of broccoli, chopped snap peas, and Trader Joe's sesame ginger dressing. I love that I can put this together in 20 minutes. I cut everything up while the water comes to a boil and toss it with the dressing to start soaking in the flavor, then mix in the hot, drained pasta.
Early Christmas dinner with friends....
Venison in red wine stew, roast and mashed potatoes, roast parsnips and beetroot with red onions and garlic, yorkshire puds. Daren't tell you about starters and desserts!

To me it's just amazing in this day and age we have to go through this!
I still remember DH preparing-filling the big jug with water then setting the timer over and over.

Lean turkey breakfast sausage with onions ,garlic & peas in a red sauce over whole grain farfalle
Salad
