We did the taveling, not the cooking, so no leftovers at our house.

We did bring home a couple of large turkey drumsticks, though. I might use one of them in a brown rice/turkey/veggie soup tomorrow. If so, we'll have some nice, warm soup and a salad tomorrow evening. We've got a pretty dusting of light snow here.

We had a resotto to use up left over turkey, ham and chicken, with peppers and other assorted vegetables. Dessert was decadent triple chocolate cheesecake.

Leftover turkey and all the fixings for dinner here. Didn't have it last night as we'd done a lot of nibbling throughout the day (paté, cheese, olives, antipasto, homemade hummus and tapenade, fruit, etc.).

Can't wait!

I made 2 big pots of soup yesterday. One is a vegeterian bean soup & one is a pea soup that I bought the ham bone in.

We are going to be eating soup for a few days!

Thin spaghetti with a vegetable/meat sauce and baguette bread. I look forward to the steam adding some warmth to the house. It's cold!

I'm cutting up some ham and putting it in some scalloped potatoes with fresh broccoli on the side.

Moved ham and eggs until tonight.

English muffins, fried eggs or omelette, ham slices sprinkled with sugar and fried in butter.
