I hope you enjoy!! It helps the slices brown and melts into this sticky caramelizedy heavenly pan sauce. I dipped the english muffins in the sauce last night then served as open faced sandwiches... OH MY.
Fried cubed steak and pan gravy, mashed potatoes, pinto beans, small green butterbeans, cornbread, and brownies w/ vanilla bean ice cream. (DH & DS planned this menu! LOL)
Pulled barbecue chicken from the crockpot, possibly with Mac and cheese, and broccoli.
