Tonight will be soft shell beef tacos with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, extra onions (for me) and refried beans. As always hot sauce will be applied.
We're going out to dinner tonight - to my fav restaurant for prime rib, so I know what I'll be having: prime rib, mashed potatoes, whatever the vegetable du jour is, and the small dessert that comes with dinner. (It's usually either jello with whipped cream, rice pudding with whipped cream or a very small piece of cake.) Yum! Great food and no cooking!

It's my husband's birthday so we're going out for a new-to-us restaurant. It's Italian but the chef is Vietnamese. Should be interesting! Apparently, the garlic bread is out of this world and the risotto is ooohhh-worthy. I'm psyched! (I hope he is too!)
We've got leftovers in spadefuls! I do have some TJs herbed pizza dough. I'll make calzones with leftover pepperoni, genoa salami, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers and cheeses (mozz and meunster--no provolone left!) from the antipasto platter. I'll melt an anchovy in the tomato sauce. There's still the beef, pork, turkey and ham to mow through, not to mention salad and vegetables. Fortunately, I thought ahead and got some great breads for lunch sandwiches. Dessert? Oh, that d*** cheesecake and those cookies...
