Me too. It sounds like a feast.

Italian sausage is in the Crockpot. Hubby is getting "one" with a little pasta. I am having a salad with sliced ham and swiss on it. Dieting is going well

So easy! Take some potatoes and cut into hunks. Chop onion into hunks. I use vidalias when I can. Put into a large glass container with lid (or I use my corning wear). Throw in some hunks of butter, some salt & pepper. (I use a little butter and then some spray "I can't believe it's butter", and some Molly Mcbutter). Microwave on high for 20 minutes stirring once half way through. Then check the consistency and either remove or cook a little longer depending on your taste. This is one of our fav ways to cook potatoes - and depending on the butter you use, is not high in fat.

Tonight is a perfect dinner. I'm not cooking! AND my kitchen isn't even getting dirty.

We're going to a friend's house. She's making some fish recipe, NY strip for those that don't want fish, and whatever sides she concocts. We're bringing dessert, which we'll pick up at a grocery store on the way over.

YAY for friends!!!
