Tonight i am getting ready to make homemade, i do everything homemade, don't believe in not doing this. Beef stir fry, with every veggie you could think of. I am making orange chicken for those of us who want chicken. And i am making my own little won-tons with cream cheese and crab filling. I am doing rice fried rice right now, have it cooking, but this is fried rice, with everything in it.
I am trying my hand at homemade egg rolls, hope they come good.
But for dessert i made a double chiffon chocolate mousse cheesecake, love cheesecake. Liquer and wine, and that's all for this night. I love to cook, love to eat, thank goodness i can eat and not gain weight. I would be in trouble!

Wow! That's quite a menu! And to be lucky enough to be able to eat all you want and not gain! I'm jealous!
Sorry to be away lately...my sis is having health problems and work has been crazy. We do however still eat--
We've had baked chicken, broccoli with scalloped potatoes one night, Polish sausage with red potatoes and saurkraut another night, stuffed cabbage rolls with mashed otatoes and baked chicken noodle casserole with bread and veggies tonight.
I made eggplant parmesan for the 1st time. No one's here to eat it, but me. Pretty sure no one would eat it if they were here! LoL! Can't decide if I like it or not!
