HA! Nope - it means to drain the water that you soaked the beans in overnight and replace with fresh to start boiling them in. It's called "Rolling a log" over the beans - it squishes the poots out! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Dinner tonight is leftover fried porkchops and pan gravy, lima beans and ham, cornbread, etc....

I was wondering why you'd be taking a rolling pin to beans! But who am I to question a better cook?

I learn something new every day.

It is way to hot too cook much of anything But I made pasta salad. I put in twisty pasta, olives, cubed cheese, pepperoni, chick peas, chopped up broccoli and some zesty Italian dressing. Then I have some strawberries and whipped cream for later.

Gonna be another hot one tomorrow. I need to get the crock pot ready to be used a lot.

I just made my 8 year old a hot dog with a little side salad. Of course he's asking for Dorito's but I'm hoping once he finishes that hot dog he won't want them anymore! When DD gets home from work I'll make her a salad. She likes iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, croutons and ham, salami, and provolone all rolled up and then I cut them up into bite sized rolls and add a little zesty italian. She loves it!

DH and I have no plans for dinner as of yet, neither of us are very hungry.
