I made bbq buffalo wings, corn on the cob and Simply Salad (the bacon ranch kind) and had iced tea to go with.. O sooo good!

smoked turkey (the one we did a couple days ago) saeurkraut salad, snow peas and something else, I am just not quite sure what.

I love that bacon ranch suddenly salad! I buy it at the dollar store and every once in a while they have it on sale for a dollar. Sometimes I add a can of tuna to it.

Tonight will be leftovers, and I will probably make some jambalaya (cheating with the rice-a-roni), or some dirty rice.

I made pesto, cooked some fresh whole-grain tagliatelle and served with the pesto, small Italian tomatoes, black olives, some fried bacon and sweet peas/sugarsnaps. Very easy and very tasty. Fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Son will be cooking spaghetti & meatballs. I fell down the stairs last night and can barely walk let alone cook dinner.
