Tonight was grilled beef fajitas and spicy green beans. There was a potato casserole and pico de gallo & flour tortillas. All forms of BBQ and grilling are a "Texas" thing!

One of my local supermarkets was having a sale again on Marie Callender's frozen meals, so naturally I had to pick some up. Tonight I had a meat lasagna.

We had a frozen Stoffers broccoli and chicken casserole last night--I was to tired to cook and to hot to cook even thought the house is cool why heat it up to make a complete dinner? Tonight will be pork chops, sweet potatoe patties and green beans.
