Tonight I had hot dogs wrapped in bacon, cole slaw and french fries with sweet iced tea to drink.

PB&Peach Jam was good last night, but I snacked too much (d'oh!) and didn't make it to the salad course. I think tonight I'll just make a big salad for supper, and use up the rest of the bleu cheese dressing I made.

I won't know until we get there. I do know we are eating where someone else cooks and does the dishes.

Happy Friday!

I'm making dinner for my FIL's birthday tonight. Chicken scampi with a tossed salad - and homemade pound cake topped with fresh strawberry sauce and whipped cream for dessert.

Turkey and cheese sandwhiches (the last of turkey that hasn't been frozen) and probably a green salad.

Yeah, me too kats! Honestly I have been tired of my own cooking for years now-- Enjoy whatever DH brings home!

I am doing something with chicken breasts--probably baking them with some olive oil or--shudder--butter! I'll probably whip up some mashed potatoes, some corn and the last of the tomatoes from my garden. We may still get a few more as there are still some green ones on the vines but I'm not holding my breath--just not the best of years for tomatoes in our area.
