I can't vote on this yet, Hunter! I'm stuck trying to decide between the ham and the lamb!

I figured we would do Ham for New Years, and since I have the delightful opportunity to host this year, the easiest thing is a Prime Rib for me.

BUT, I am also going to make "Tamales" which is a 2 day process.

Would like to do the Lamb, but, the company that's comin over prefers the PRib.

Happy trails, for now..

HW

I stopped doing traditional Christmas dinners not long after getting out on my own. But I grew up eating turkey.

I'd click everything #1 except lamb. I don't know why I can't do l.o.l., because I like a good lambchop now & then.
The one missing we'll probably have though is "crown roast" (pig/pork), and Christmas eve is always fish & beef & pasta.
