How do you grill your fish? (vegetable, stove, swordfish, tasty)

I do mine wrapped in foil with a little butter, lemon, salt, and pepper. I just did salmon tonight. Skin side down, 12 minutes, no need to turn it.

Ron, tilapia might take less time, since it's thinner.

If you don't have a basket, you can put foil over your grates....use a fork to punch a few holes... (that non-stick stuff is great!)...and just flip as usual!

A soacked cedar plank, works well and imparts flavor!

I use one of those grill racks where you flip the rack and nexer have to flip the fish.

I don't. The rack/basket is hinged. I also put hot dogs in it.

I would spray it with olive for canola oil.
