Something new. Potato, Egg and Chorizo Casserole. Except I'm using linguica in place of the chorizo. It has green chilies, salsa and cheese. In the oven right now. If it tastes half as good as it smells, I'll be doing a happy dance. Never tried it before so if I never return to the thread, you'll know it killed me.
Spring rolls and Pho with thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts, Chinese parsley (cilantro), basil and mint. Not sure about dessert, maybe chocolate ice cream.
