G' Evening CD Folks.

After 851 pages we're starting a NEW dinner menu thread.

Timely, as the weather and seasons are changing, and the autumnal
equinox is right around the corner.

We're following the "let someone else do the work " theme seen so far. Papa Murphy's thin crust chicken garlic pizza and Safeway frozen spicy chicken wings. Hardly gourmet or healthy but will be yummy!

It is time to start one: thanks.

Tonight we are smoking a brisket and we will start it in a little while. We will fill the liquid bowl with apple juice (arsonic and all) all a couple of bottles of beer and the wood chips, plug the electric sucker in on the patio and cook away. I am having Waldorf salad and veggies as well.

mmmmm, apple juice, arsonic, & beer and wood chips. A little fiber. A little protein, and a swill to wash it down. Sounds like a winner!
Seriously, the juice & beer sound like they'll make one tasty brisket.
Enjoy.

Makes me think that maybe Laird's AppleJack might work also.
