i know really. i have found out alot of things right here to. so what is it you can cook with panko ? and you say it's in the bread isle. i'll have to look for it. stupid question again, what does it taste like ?
Panko can usually be found in the Orietal foods section. There is no distinctive taste but what it does to chicken cutlets, fish, etc is delicious. I've used it in meatloaf, meatballs.
tonight were having the world famous sheppards pie. for those of you that don't know what that is , it's hamburger with beef gravy, corn and mashed potatoes. or some people use peas instead of corn. all laid out in a cassaroll dish. hamburger on bottom vegatable in the middle and mashed potatoes on top. yummy

If you'll add a layer of cheese on the top you'll have scalloped shepherds pie. I'm on my way. Save a spot at the table.
