I have no clue what I am having tonight. I know what I am having tomorrow because I make the marinade today. Which is steak tips and the marinade is a bottle of KC Masterpiece or Bullseye BBQ sauce
approx 3 T worcestershire...3T soy sauce.........1T tabasco........throw in some steak sauce if you want.about 2 tsp garlic powder and 2T olive oil. (Does not taste too spicy)
Mixand pour over tips and marinate overnight....the longer the better.

Put on skewers with veggies and serve with rice pilaf.

This sounds quite similar to the marinade I made for my steaks...... except I add in fresh minced garlic, pepper and a bit of ketsup too.

Hamburger Pudding (a main course not a dessert!)

2 lb hamburger
3 onions
1 lb med. noodles cooked
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c water

Saute onion, add hamburger and cook till meat isnt red. Add cooked noodles and mix. Place in greased pan. Combine 3 beaten eggs, 1 package onion soup mix and 2 cups water. Pour over meat/noodle mixture and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
My DH would LOVE this. He loves anything with noodles.
