we are having tacos, homemade spanish rice and beans are in the slow cooker with jalapenos, onions and salt pork.

Hi Jesse...........that's all you do. Nothing else. I guess you can turn it up and cook it but I like the 4 hour method.
Use the bottled dressing as the Good Seasons does not make it taste right.

Hi, all. DH took me to our favorite AYCE place for dinner.

FYI - I won't be around for a while - having surgery on my rotator cuff tomorrow, so I'll be a bit "out of it" for a while. But, don't worry, as soon as I feel back to "normal" (whatever that is!), I'll be back.

In the meantime, Happy eats, all.

when I cook, she gets scared.

I just threw stuff together and threw it in a casserole dish.

ground beef (cooked) rotini peas mushrooms cream of mushroom soup, hot water, and stuffing on top.

October 1st cries out for comfort food, knowing that summer is now irretrievably, irrevocabally, you can't wish it back any more gone

Made a pancetta/mushroom/pea risotto.

Another glass or two of wine and I'm gonna be veeeerrrrrrrry comfortable

When I finished up my fish tacos tonight (using salmon), I decided to warm up a few more corn tortillas and take each one and slather them with butter. You talk about good eating. That's it right there!
